We ship from our New York location. After placing your order, it is just a short time away from shipping as orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of being placed. We have an amazingly high fulfillment rate, however from time to time items are on backorder. We do try and note any products that are not in stock on that product page. If the item is on backorder, we will provide you with an approximate ship date and keep the item on backorder to ship immediately once the item becomes available. If you wish to cancel the item on backorder, you may do so.

Shipping Options:
We currently ship within United States, Canada as well as to all APO and FPO boxes. Please see the rates above. All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico as well as APO, FPO and PO Boxes will ship USPS Priority Mail.

Order Status and Tracking Information:
Please visit our online tracking system which will allow you to view your order details, order processing information as well as all tracking information.

Fax or Mail In Orders:
We do accept mail in as well as faxed orders. Please complete the order form so that we can be sure we have all the proper information to process your order.

Payment Methods:
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as Discover.

Placing An Order By Phone:
A $30 minimum is required to place your order by phone. Please give us a call at 1 866 843-9269.

Sales Tax:
We are based out of New York so only New York residents are required to pay sales tax.

Purchasing Replacement Phones:
Yes, you can purchase a replacement phone, please keep in mind we also offer carrier upgrades which is much less expensive if you are eligible and wish to keep the current carrier you are with. A general guideline as to if you are eligible for a carrier upgrade is if you are in the 11th month of a one year contract or if you are in the 22nd month of a 2 year contract.

I Can Not Find An Item I Am Looking For:
We currently do stock over 3,500 SKU's so there is a chance we may have the item that you are looking for. Please contact our service counter and we will be more than happy to help.

Refused/ Undeliverable Shipments:
Any shipments that are returned because they were undeliverable to the address you provided or were refused will be billed twice the original shipping rate. Why? because UPS and many of the other carriers charge a surcharge to ship the package back to us.

Please visit our returns page to request a return authorization. All orders that received free shipping and are returned will have the shipping charges subtracted from the return. A restock fee may apply to returned items.
