| I just got this phone in July and have really enjoyed the use of it. The sound is exceptionally clear and the features that came with the phone work with no problems. I had a NEC phone prior to this and had nothing but problems. The Motorola V180 doesn't have all the bells and whistles but is a simple phone that works every time I grab it. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone. |

| This is my second Motorola V180 that I own. The first one had the screen go out on me for no apparent reason. Luckily, it was replaced at no cost to me. So far my V180 has survived a couple of falls and it still works. What I really like about this phone is that you can sinchronize your photos, calendar, contacts, etc with your computer. What I don't like is that you have to purchase the mobile phone software and the cable separately. It's performance is good. Just wish it was a sturdier phone. |

| The long battery life and low cost of this phone were its main attraction, but unfortunately I did not know about the drawbacks to having this phone. My calls are frequently dropped, even in areas with full 5 bars of reception. On many of the phones our family purchased (all V180), battery life frequently falls short of the manufacturer's claims (typically lasting about one day, as opposed to a week). Also, my display cracked within a week of having the phone, as did many of my friends Motorola V180 phones. |

| I got this phone free with activation on the Cingular network. Overall I was impressed with the quality. Sometimes the calls were a bit fuzzy but the sound was generally good. There was no way to turn the ringer volume off without the phone making noise which is a problem when you are already in a meeting and realize that your ringer is on. |
