Kyocera Silder Review, Septermber 15th

I have had this phone for a year and it has been one of my favorites for most reasons. However, the face plate broke when it dropped from my work desk to the floor (approx. 2 ft.) and it cannot be replaced. Kyocera did not seem amenable about helping, only suggested I get a new phone and pay full cost. So it is still broken and I am still using it.

I have had the Slider for almost 2 years (am patiently waiting to get a new one). The face plate cracked from dropping it about a foot and a half from my chair at my office and Kyocera didn't have a replacement; I needed to purchase a new phone!!! This happened shortly after I purchased it; heard it happens quite easily with this phone. Won't get any other Kyocera because of it.

I have had this phone over two years and it has been great. The original battery was part of a recall and drained fast, but they replaced it quickly and never charged me even though they asked for the old one back. Still holds a little charge in emergencies;) for the above that dropped her phone and complains about never buying a kyocera phone....DON'T DROP IT.
