I am very pleased with this phone and I really have no complaints except for the cover that goes over the data port on the bottom of the phone. It can be hard to close at times and you just have to figure out how to do it and then it is not a real problem. I am very pleased with all the functions and the phone is very easy to use!

I used to have a NEXTEL i60. I could not see who was calling until I "flipped" the phone open. I love the front display on the i560. I also like the Direct Talk feature which allows the phone to operate as a regular walkie talkie when I am out of cell tower range.

Wow!! If you want no service and your phone to power off randomly then this is the phone for you. I know someone who works for Telus and they send so many of these phones back it is a complete joke. Avoid this phone at all costs.I would rate this phone lower than one if it was possible.

I like my i560 because of the hard rubber outer shell which helps to protect the phone if you drop it! That's why I call it the Tough Guy!
